Description

The Central Service Associate (CSA) is responsible for the daily provision of library services for Saskatoon Public Library (SPL) at the central library. The majority of the work of the CSA involves actively engaging the public to assist with public access to library services. The CSA may work outside the central library at events in the community.
This position predominantly works with the public at the central library in downtown Saskatoon. This work frequently involves working with people who attend the central library for in-depth research, for access to expanded services and collections, people who work or live downtown, and people who face barriers to library service, marginalization and/or social exclusion.
