Our Training Manager delivers exceptional service by developing course content, delivering training for employees, & manages the Trainer roles. Responsibilities
-Prepare/deliver training modules to employees/customers
-Create/adapt content for focus and strategy of region
-Organize equipment & other needs for training
-Work with Training Coordinator on training schedule
-Participate in onboarding sessions & ongoing growth/development of employees
-Understand technical manuals, equipment set up, operations for John Deere & other products

Requirements
-Excellent customer service/interpersonal skills
-Experienced in adult learning programs, strong presentation skills
-Technical experience diagnosing/repairing electrical products
-Extensive experience in an ag-related role, Service/Precision Ag preferred
-Work flexible hours, including extensive travel
-A valid drivers license & passport, ability to travel internationally
-Highschool diploma/equivalent, Ag/Business Degree preferred
