DyMark Industries Ltd is a Saskatoon-based leader in structural steel fabrication and industrial construction. This role is ideal for an experienced construction professional with a mechanical, ironworking or millwright background. As Field Project Manager you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing onsite projects from mobilization to completion including steel installation, mechanical assembly, lead & coordinate skilled tradespeople (millwrights, welders, riggers) on multiple job sites, adhere to timelines, budgets and specifications, enforce safety protocols, communicate with clients, subcontractors, engineers & internal departments. You will be interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, installation specs and maintaining accurate field documentation daily using basic digital tools. Travel required extensively to field sites throughout Saskatchewan and Western Canada with flexibility for extended hours and overnight stays. Qualifications 5+ years field experience in industrial, agricultural or steel construction, Millwright/Ironworker or Welding background, is strongly preferred; Journeyperson certification is an asset. Project or crew leadership experience is required along with understanding of mechanical systems, steel erection and rigging practices, knowledge of safety standards and regulations, Valid Working at Heights, Confined Space, Fall Protection certifications or willingness to obtain. Rigging, Hoisting and lift planning experience, Valid Class 5 driver's license.
