Skills & Requirements:

- Physically capable of lifting and carrying 75lbs and performing assigned tasks that require lifting, bending, stooping, kneeling, and working at heights above 30ft.

Description of Duties:

- Support each project during all phases while reporting to the Crew Lead.
- Attend daily and weekly site meetings with Crew Lead and in-house crew according to company guidelines.
- Tools and materials are to be organized to complete projects efficiently.
- Ensure a clear understanding of goals, how to reach them, the tools used and how to maintain them.
- Address and resolve work site deficiencies identified by the Crew Lead during quality inspections.
