Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential and/or commercial carpentry, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a crew.

Key Responsibilities:

Measure, cut, and assemble materials such as wood, aluminum, and composite products according to specifications

Install and repair structures including fences, decks, railings, stairs, and related components

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project plans

Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards

Operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment safely and efficiently

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and clients

Load, transport, and unload materials as needed

Qualifications:

Minimum [2-5] years of carpentry or construction experience (railing, or deck experience is an asset)

Ability to read and follow technical drawings and measurements accurately

Strong understanding of building materials, tools, and installation techniques

Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs

Attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship

Safety-conscious and familiar with basic job site safety standards

Compensation:

Competitive hourly wage: $20 per hour
