Early Childhood Educator (ECE Levels I, II, III)
RRRC Discovery Childcare  Regina, SK
Regina Residential Resource Centre (RRRC) is seeking qualified and passionate Early Childhood Educators to join RRRC Discovery Childcare. ECEs will deliver a high-quality, inclusive, and play-based early learning program that supports childrens holistic development in a safe and nurturing environment, in accordance with the Parent Handbook, Child Care Staff Manual, and provincial regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
    Create a safe, welcoming, and developmentally appropriate learning environment
    Plan and implement play-based programming aligned with the Play and Exploration framework
    Support childrens emotional, social, physical, and cognitive development
    Build respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
    Communicate professionally with parents, guardians, and staff
    Assist with daily care routines including dressing, diapering, and toileting
    Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of classrooms and play areas
    Collaborate effectively within a team while upholding ethical and professional standards
Qualifications:
    ECE Level I, II, or III certification
    First Aid and CPR Level C
    Clear Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Check
    Strong communication skills
    Ability to meet physical demands of the role
