As a service/parts advisor you will be the primary point of contact for our customers. You will communicate their service needs to our technicians, ensure a smooth repair process, and deliver an excellent customer service experience.
Key responsibilities will include but not limited to.
Greet customers and assess there needs in a friendly/professional manner
Prepare repair orders and explain recommended services
provide accurate cost estimates and obtain customer authorization
Keep customers informed about status of vehicle
Review final invoices with customer
