Victoria Park is an Assisted Living facility with 81 assisted suites We are seeking an experienced and RELIABLE cook to provide all meals and snacks for the residents.  

COMPENSATION

REQUIREMENTS:
Prepare and cook vegetables, meats, sauces, soups, desserts for meals and snacks
Prepare special diets
Select recipe/diet alterations
Review diet requests, reads menus, recipes, food preparation methods and determines quantities of ingredients
Prioritize food preparation and cooking tasks
Bake.
Ensure Quality Control of food production
Monitor food production and service standards,
Ensure and perform temperature audits on food and equipment.
QUALIFICATION,
Experience in LTC/Assisted Living an asset
Food Safety Certificate.
