Description

Lake Country Co-op invites applications for the position of full-time File Maintenance  Professional Services based out of our Home and Building Centre location in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan.

What You Will Do:
Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operatives vision, mission, and safety principles to make a difference in members lives, with a strong customer focused approach.
Provide Legendary Service at all touch points through various communication channels.
Evolve daily operations of the file maintenance function, finding ways to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Complete inventory control functions including ordering and receiving, price changes, and daily reconciliation reports.
Input pricing for upcoming sales, perform price verification process.
Maintain perpetual inventory report and complete regular stock checks.
Maintain all signage on the floor.
Complete large amounts of data entry, with seated work, and significant use of computerized workstation.
Perform sales floor duties; stocking, rotation, and display of merchandise, operating of point-of-sale system, and assist guests with item selection, as required.
Support the development and performance of file maintenance clerk(s).
Adhere to the Safety Management and Asset Protection systems, policies, procedures, records, and training requirements and lead this program by example.
Perform other duties as assigned.

You have your high school diploma or equivalent experience; customer service and previous file maintenance experience would be considered assets.
You are experienced in leading a file maintenance function and team with a customer focused approach.
You possess a large knowledge in the use of point-of-sale systems including back-office procedures.
You are proficient in Microsoft Office programs (including Word, Outlook, Excel) and Adobe. MI9 an asset.
