We are currently looking to hire dedicated and passionate individuals to join our painting team this summer!

COMPENSATION:
Our painting systems gives our top painters the opportunity to make $20-25/hour, with our average painter making $19/hour. Payment is a hybrid of hourly and profit sharing - meaning the harder you work, the more you earn. A motivated and dedicated painter earns between $10,000 to $12,000 working from early May to late August.

ABOUT THE JOB:
Super fun environment but fast paced. Hands on experience in customer service and communication.The opportunity to work outdoor with other like-minded individuals. Working with your friends is encouraged here, so grab a friend and apply together! Training is provided, therefore no experience is required! There is potential for promotion within the company (Crew Chief)

PAINTER POSITION:
This role is a fun but incredibly challenging position it is ideal for someone wanting to get hands-on work experience and make money reflective of their efforts. The ideal person is hard working, has effective communication, time management skills and is coachable. You will at times be required to work at heights or for long hours in warm or inclement weather so endurance and physical fitness are both assets.

REQUIREMENTS:
Reliable transportation and a valid license, Ability to work from ladders, Time Management + Punctuality and available for FULL TIME employment from the beginning of May until the end of August

Prep work and Painting
Setup/Cleanup job sites
Customer service-related tasks
