Description

We are currently seeking a Human Resources Specialist (Temp Position) to join our Saskatoon Manufacturing Plant. As part of the Human Resources team this position serves as a consultant to location management in the areas of recruitment and employee relations.

The Qualified Candidate will have:
- Degree in Business, Human Resources, Operations Management or Management.

The ideal Candidate will have:
- Experience in the development or delivering of training to include direct knowledge of different training methodologies, training needs assessment, and training material creation, all would be an asset.
- Experience as lead speaker to small and large groups of people or to deliver information both verbal and in writing to various audiences.
- Experience in finding creative solutions to problems.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in maintaining high level of drive and energy to meet individual and group goals during periods of higher-than-normal workload.
- Experience in building lasting relationships with other departments, key business partners, and other stakeholders.
- Experience with Lean or Continuous Improvement environments would be considered an asset.
