What You Bring
- Strong knowledge of project management, business analysis (BABOK/IIBA), and change management
- Sharp analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and turn insights into action
- Confidence working through ambiguity, asking the right questions, and uncovering root causes
- Experience in process improvement, performance measurement, and strategic planning
- Understanding of contact centre operations is an asset
