Description

Were looking for a hands-on Site Services Senior (Team Lead) who can lead by example, think critically on-site, and deliver consistent, high-quality snow and site service work. This is a physical, outdoor role with varying shifts based on weather and site needs.
Operate and maintain snow removal equipment, including paddle blowers, snow blowers, and related tools/equipment.
Maintain sidewalks, driveways, entrances, and common areas to a high standard during snow events.
Drive a company truck and, when required, tow a trailer to move equipment between sites.
Monitor site conditions, prioritize work, and make real-time decisions to prevent slip/trip hazards.
Complete basic equipment checks (fuel, belts, shear pins, wear items), report issues, and help coordinate
