Ghost Transportation Services is an established, locally owned company, with over 37 years in the transportation industry. We currently have an opening for a full-time Administrative Assistant.
The successful candidate will have experience with billing and accounts receivable, including collections, strong customer service and communication skills, high attention to detail, high level of accuracy, be proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel and be a positive team player able to assist where needed.

Duties:
Front Desk Reception
Answer phones
Accounts Receivables manage incoming payments, ensure timely collections, credit checks, set up new customers
Billing assist with billing customers in a timely manner
Record keeping & filing
Additional responsibilities as required
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
At least one year of work experience in an accounts receivable position, preferably in a fast-paced environment
Strong customer service and communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multitask
Positive attitude and a team player
