WHAT YOU BRING:
*Minimum 2 years' automotive industry experience
*High school diploma or equivalent
*Strong customer service and communication skills
*Computer and data entry proficiency
*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
*Ability to diagnose concerns based on customer descriptions
*Commitment to safety and compliance
RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Communicate repair and maintenance needs, costs and timelines
*Prepare accurate work orders and estimates
*Promote preventative maintenance
*Provide regular repair status updates to customers
*Ensure repair orders meet warranty and manufacturer requirements
PERFORMANCE STANDARDS:
Service Advisors are expected to meet key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction, safety, compliance and profitability. Maintaining a valid drivers license and providing a satisfactory criminal record check are conditions of employment.
