Full-Time | $18$20/hour (based on experience)

GR Flooring is hiring a full-time Warehouse Associate to keep our warehouse organized, accurate, and moving. This role is primarily warehouse-based. Youll occasionally help with larger deliveries or removals, but your main job is to keep the warehouse running properly while our drivers stay on the road.

What Youll Be Doing
- Receiving, organizing, and staging flooring materials and supplies
- Keeping the warehouse clean, labeled, and easy to work in
- Loading and unloading trucks (forklift and manual handling)
- Preparing product for installers and sub-trades
- Verifying quantities, checking packing slips, and flagging issues early
- Assisting with large deliveries or removals when required
- Following safety procedures and looking out for your co-workers

What Were Looking For
- Strong organization skills  you notice when things arent where they belong
- Forklift experience (certification preferred)
- Safety-oriented mindset  this is non-negotiable
- Comfortable lifting flooring materials and being on your feet
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Previous warehouse or construction-related experience is an asset
