ABOUT THE ROLE
This Full time position will work closely with the farm manager and fellow employees to ensure the farm runs efficiently. The ideal candidate is someone who can communicate clearly, takes initiative and has a strong desire to farm.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Operate and maintain all machinery
Hauling grain with super B trailers
Support all stages of crop production, including seeding, spraying, and harvest.
Offer support to Farm service manager with seasonal equipment maintenance
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Experience operating and maintaining farm equipment.
Experience hauling grain and loading trucks.
Valid 1A license is required
Physically capable of outdoor work.
OTHER QUALITIES
Be able to work part of a team as well as independently.
Ability to work long hours and weekends in seeding, spraying and harvest.
On-Site lodging is available in season if desired.

Above industry standard wage and benefits for the right candidate.
