Duties Include:
- Installation, balance, rotation and repair of commercial, industrial, agriculture, OTR, and passenger/light truck tires
- Operation of service truck including crane/boom truck
- Inspection of tires and wheels for correct inflation, wear patterns, tread depth, and damage
- Work with tire pressure monitoring systems (TPMS)
- Specialty tire work including: studding of passenger and light truck tires, submitting commercial casings for retreading, run flat tires, etc.
- Completion of assigned courses: Tire Industry Association (TIA), and other related courses

Requirements:
- Customer service skills:
- Ability to maintain and develop relationships with team members and customers
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Organization, time management, and problem solving skills
- Ability to maintain valid drivers license
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to consistently lift 25 kilograms
- Previous commercial tire experience required

Salary negotiable based on knowledge and industry experience; includes a comprehensive group insurance package and company matched pension plan.
