Brandt Developments Ltd. is currently seeking a Corporate Landscape & Horticulture Specialist to join our team in Regina, SK.

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the landscape maintenance, enhancement, and design needs of Brandt locations across Canada. You will help ensure that all corporate properties reflect exceptional environmental stewardship, strong aesthetic appeal, and consistent alignment with Brandts brand standards. This position combines hands-on horticultural work with landscape design input, project coordination, and oversight of external vendors.

What You Will Be Responsible For:
*Landscape Maintenance & Horticulture
-Develop national planting plans for all dealership locations to ensure regionally appropriate, low-maintenance, and visually consistent landscapes.

*Landscape Design & Improvements:
-Support the design and enhancement of dealership landscapes to improve visual impact, functionality, and customer experience.

*Project & Vendor Coordination:
-Coordinate with contractors, nurseries, and maintenance providers to ensure landscaping services meet quality and brand standards.

*Brand & Corporate Standards:
-Develop and maintain corporate landscape design guidelines to ensure consistency across all dealership properties.

What We Look For:
-Diploma or degree in Horticulture, Landscape Design, Environmental Sciences, or a related field (e.g. Horticulture Technician, Bachelor of Horticulture Science).
