Are you motivated by doing meaningful work and being part of an organization committed to learning and growth? Come join our team of professionals as an Ecological & Habitat Assessment team.

This job will provide technical and administrative expertise and support to a broad range of services (research, monitoring, assessment, Best Management Practice design, and modeling) for an assigned portfolio of projects with a specific focus on the monitoring and assessment of aquatic habitat availability and quality with general consideration of associated biodiversity and impacts of relevant stressors.

Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Research and design statistically rigorous and defensible assessments and monitor activities for an assigned portfolio of projects in the evaluation and monitoring of watershed health and impacts.
- Conduct assessments and monitor activities of projects for a defined environmental, biological and scientific area of specialization.
- Develop project funding proposals and seek and maintain these funding relationships.
- Prepare and disseminate research findings through the research, analysis, and interpretation of field data and incorporate them into technical reports and peer-reviewed journals.
- Provide technical and administrative advice and support to stakeholders to ensure integrity, sustainability, and protection of watershed habitat.
- Operate and maintain investigation equipment.

The successful candidate will have a graduate degree in Science with specialization in Environmental Science or Ecology and 4 years of related experience.
