Were looking for aSmall Business Advisor to join our team in Saskatoon who thrives on developing relationships and providing creative solutions. You will provide needs based holistic financial advice (e.g.: credit and wealth solutions; cash management services to support banking and deposit management) to small business members.

Your time:
Providing holistic financial advice to our small business members
Guiding members through loan application processes, ensuring eligibility and creditworthiness, and assist in underwriting for small business loans
Keeping up-to-date on industry trends and knowledge to have proactive advice-based conversations fueled by a passion to help our small business members meet their financial goals
Marketing yourself to increase your book of business within the local community
Building and strengthening relationships with our Small Business Members by balancing your time in branch and conducting site visits.
Ensuring a healthy balance between opportunity and risk and between growth and profitability for Conexus

Your experience:
3+ years of previous credit and advisory experience in a financial institution
Proven relationship management skills
Experience in business or agricultural lending
Post-secondary education related to agriculture or business is an asset
Experience in the agriculture industry or running a small business is an asset
