The Director of Social Infrastructure provides senior leadership and oversight for community-based social programs that support children, families, and overall community well-being. This role is responsible for strategic planning, program oversight, staff leadership, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring services are delivered in alignment with Kinistin Saulteaux Nation priorities, community values, and applicable legislation and standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead strategic planning and implementation to strengthen social infrastructure and community well-being.
Oversee the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of prevention, protection, and family support programs.
Ensure compliance with applicable legislation, policies, and quality standards.
Manage budgets, resources, reporting, and funding requirements.
Provide leadership, supervision, and mentorship to management and frontline staff.
Collaborate with Elders, community leadership, partners, and external agencies.
Support policy development, advocacy, and system improvement initiatives.
