We provide personalized financial planning, insurance solutions, and investment guidance with a client-first approach. As our practice continues to grow, we are seeking an Associate Advisor to join our team and support our expanding client base in the Humboldt region.

About the Role
The Associate Advisor will work closely with our lead advisors to deliver exceptional client service, support financial planning activities, and contribute to the overall success of the practice. This role is ideal for someone passionate about financial services, relationship-building, and long-term career growth within the insurance and investment industry.

Key Responsibilities
Assist advisors with client meetings, needs assessments, and planning preparation
Support clients with insurance, investment, and financial planning inquiries
Conduct follow-ups, prepare documentation, and maintain client files
Participate in business development activities and community networking
Deliver excellent client service with professionalism and integrity

Qualifications (Preferred but not Limited To):
Experience in the insurance and/or financial services industry
Post-secondary education in business, finance, commerce, or a related field
Life License Qualification Program (LLQP) and Mutual Fund licensing are strong assets. If not currently licensed, these can be completed after hiring with our support
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
High level of integrity and commitment to client care
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfort with technology and financial planning software
