Key Responsibilities
Timekeeper & Payroll: Enter and verify weekly timecards, confirm hours/job codes, resolve discrepancies.
Accounts Payable: Enter invoices, match POs, verify pricing/quantities, maintain organized AP files.
Office & Phone Systems: Maintain phone systems, answer calls, support basic tech troubleshooting.
HR & Safety: Assist with onboarding, maintain training and safety records, support compliance.
General Admin: Support office staff, manage supplies, assist with daily organization.
Qualifications
Administrative experience (construction/electrical an asset)
Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry
Proficient with Excel, Word, Outlook
Excellent communication and organization
Able to multi-task and support office and field teams
