Description

Positioned at the Weyburn Leisure Centre, the incumbent is responsible for the general management, leadership and oversight for all aquatic operations at the Weyburn Leisure Centre. This role is responsible for ensuring safety, coordinating highquality aquatic programming and events, provides effective staff supervision and scheduling, regulatory compliance, and positive customer experiences. The Incumbent provides supervision and direction to a large staff comprised of full and part-time employees.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION
    Preference will be given to applicants with Post secondary education in recreation, leisure services, sport management, or a related field; consideration may be given to applicants with a combination of education and experience.
    Valid Class 5 Drivers Licence

EXPERIENCE
    In program management
    Customer service
    In aquatic programming, facility operations, or lifeguard supervision
