Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Garage Door Technician Labourer to join our team. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining garage doors and openers for residential and commercial clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction-related trades, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Prior experience with hand tools, blueprint reading, and various construction skills is highly valued.

Duties
-Install, repair, and maintain a variety of garage doors and openers
-Use hand tools such as drills, wrenches, screwdrivers, and other equipment to complete installations and repairs
-Troubleshooting to identify issues with garage door mechanisms and recommend appropriate solutions
-Ensure all work areas are clean, safe, and organized following company safety protocols
-Communicate effectively with clients regarding service needs and project timelines

Skills
-Proficiency with hand tools and construction equipment
-Experience in carpentry is an asset
-Knowledge of garage door systems, openers, and related hardware
-Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues efficiently
-Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude
-Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
-Candidates should be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and committed to providing exceptional customer service.
