Cypress Motors Maple Creek is looking for a Service Advisor to join our team! If you enjoy working with people, staying organized, and being part of a close-knit dealership that values community and customer care, this role may be a great fit for you.

About the Role:
As a Service Advisor, you'll be the main point of contact between our customers and our service department. You'll help ensure every guest has a positive, professional, and stress-free service experience from booking their appointment to picking up their vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assess vehicle service needs

Schedule service appointments efficiently

Prepare and explain repair orders and estimates.

Communicate with technicians to ensure timely updates.

Keep customers informed throughout the service process.

Handle billing, warranty, and documentation accurately.y

Deliver outstanding customer service every step of the way

What We're Looking For:
Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Basic automotive knowledge (experience is an asset, but not required)

Comfortable using computers and service management systems

A positive, team-oriented attitude

Previous dealership or automotive experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right person.
