At CSS, we deliver retirement outcomes through education, clarity, and trusted guidance, not product sales. As a retirement and pension advisor, you'll help members and supporting employers navigate pension and decumulation decisions, build tailored retirement income strategies, and gain financial confidence. You'll work closely with financial planners, pension specialists, and educators to create member centered solutions across the retirement journey.
You will provide unbiased, education first guidance that helps members make confident, informed retirement decisions. You'll build and evolve integrated retirement income plans, educate members and employers through clear, engaging learning, and collaborate across CSS to improve tools, content, and experiences while shaping the future of retirement income planning and living our values of Respect, Accountability, and Growth
You bring CFP certification and deep expertise in pensions and retirement income planning, including DC and DB plans, decumulation strategies, tax and cash flow considerations, and estate implications. You communicate complex rules in clear, plain language, are comfortable facilitating webinars and workshops for diverse audiences, and are fluent in Microsoft 365 and related systems. Above all, you bring a member first mindset, combining empathy, professional judgment, and collaboration to prioritize learning and outcomes over transactions.
We offer purpose driven work in a collaborative and inclusive organization where advice and success are measured by outcomes. You'll receive competitive total rewards, including comprehensive benefits, a health spending account, pension, paid flex and volunteer time, along with a modern work model that balances on site work with built in flexibility.
CSS is a member owned pension and retirement services co operative serving employers and employees across Canada. We are Canada's second largest defined contribution pension plan.
