Parts Sales Coordinator
Role Overview
The Parts Sales Coordinator acts as the central link between Sales, Production, Logistics, and Customer Service. This role ensures smooth order processing, accurate customer communication, and coordinated departmental activity to deliver a high-quality sales experience for customers and dealers.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Team & Administrative Support
*Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records in HubSpot, including leads, deals, interactions, and accounts.
*Generate and maintain sales activity, performance, and order-tracking reports.
*Manage marketing and sales collateral such as brochures, spec sheets, and dealer kits.
*Keep catalogues, product listings, and the company website current with models, specifications, pricing, and media.

Order Management & Documentation
*Enter and verify sales and parts orders in Intuitive ERP.
*Finalize invoices for goods and parts, process payments, and confirm freight and miscellaneous charges.
*Track trailer builds and provide customers with timeline updates.
*Process parts orders received via phone, email, and online requests.

Customer & Dealer Communications
*Respond to inquiries regarding product availability, specifications, pricing, and delivery timelines.
*Proactively notify customers and dealers of order status changes, delays, or deliveries.
*Coordinate resolution of shipment errors, damages, or scheduling issues.
*Assist with processing warranty claims and recall communications.
*Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor offerings to support continuous improvement.

Product & Quoting Support
*Prepare detailed and accurate custom quotes tailored to customer requirements.
*Provide configuration guidance using spec
