S&M Miller Farm is a forward-thinking agricultural operation, located 80 km south of Regina near Avonlea, SK.  We are a family farm that embraces modern farming practices and equipment.

About the role

This is a full time position. The ideal candidate is someone who can communicate clearly, takes initiative, has a strong mechanical ability and a desire to farm.

Key Responsibilities

Support all aspects of farm operations: seeding, spraying, harvest, and post-harvest
Operate, maintain, and service large farm equipment (training provided)
Assist with grain handling, yard maintenance, shop work, and logistics

Skills & Qualifications
Experience operating and maintaining farm equipment preferred
Experience hauling grain and loading trucks
Valid 1A license is preferred    
Physically capable of outdoor work
Ability to work long hours and weekends in seeding, spraying and harvest
