Description

The Equipment Operator is a seasonal position from April 1 to approximately Oct 31 (weather dependent) and duties will include mowing, weed whipping, spraying road edges, equipment maintenance, shop work, operation of various heavy equipment and other work as required.
The applicant should have good communication and organizational skills, working knowledge of road maintenance and construction, experience operating equipment including tractors, basic mechanical abilities, willingness to follow directions, work well with others and work unsupervised. No experience necessary, willing to train. A pesticide applicator license and class 1A license is asset but not required.
