About the Position

BAR is seeking an Intermediate Document Control to join our Energy Division. This position works closely in conjunction with senior team members, project engineers and external clients to complete, maintain, store, transfer data in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner.

More specifically, your duties and responsibilities will be to:

-Reviews documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company and client policies and regulations.
-Ensures all documents and data are filed and entered appropriate in the document management system.
-Maintains document revisions and status updates to ensure all documents are kept current.
-Creates final documentation for client packages.
-Completes control documentation, data storage and transfer of documents.
-Keeps clear and accurate reports and records.
-Assists senior team members with document control functions.
-May provide backup for reception from time to time.
-Adheres to and promotes BARs Health & Safety Program.
-Performs duties as assigned.

About the Candidate
You will need a Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration or comparable education and related experience. Having 4  7 years of office or previous document control experience is preferred.
Other qualifications:

-Strong communication, interpersonal, collaboration, and customer service skills.
-Ability to be independent, self-motivated and accountable.
-Excellent computer skills.
-Professional approach when dealing with employees and external contacts.
-A hands-on approach to problem-solving and an eagerness to learn.
-Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
