Canada West Harvest Centre is looking to add a temporary admin support position to our Regina branch. The schedule is Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Enter work order, parts entries, and code labour to the appropriate work order.
All reception duties phones, mail, greeting customers, POS, business cards, key log book, and petty cash.
Coordinates logistics for service and sales equipment.
Records incoming and outgoing reports.
Completes whole goods inventory, location, and reconciliation.
Manages bank deposits.
