As the first point of contact for residents, youll respond to inquiries, provide guidance on city programs and services, and help resolve issues with professionalism and empathy. What You Bring
- Strong communication skills and the ability to stay composed during challenging interactions
- Confidence in explaining complex bylaws, policies, and procedures
- Experience in frontline customer service (minimum three years)
- Skill in using office tools, enterprise software, and CRM systems
- Cash handling and paymentprocessing experience
- A talent for identifying issues, following established processes, and escalating when needed
- The ability to manage tasks efficiently and adapt to structured schedules
- A high school diploma (required); call center experience and customer service training are assets
