Description

As the first point of contact for residents, youll respond to inquiries, provide guidance on city programs and services, and help resolve issues with professionalism and empathy. If you thrive in a fastpaced environment, enjoy problemsolving, and take pride in delivering exceptional service, this role offers a meaningful way to make an impact in your community.

What You Bring

- Strong communication skills and the ability to stay composed during challenging interactions
- Confidence in explaining complex bylaws, policies, and procedures
- Experience in frontline customer service (minimum three years)
- Skill in using office tools, enterprise software, and CRM systems
- Cash handling and paymentprocessing experience
- A talent for identifying issues, following established processes, and escalating when needed
- The ability to manage tasks efficiently and adapt to structured schedules
- A high school diploma (required); call center experience and customer service training are assets
