Description

You will be the primary point of contact and driving force behind a portfolio of condominium communities, ensuring each operates smoothly, efficiently, and with care.

Your responsibilities will include:
> Build and maintain strong relationships with condo boards, residents, and service providers, acting as the main point of contact and ensuring clear, proactive communication.
> Lead with a hands-on approach: complete regular site inspections to stay ahead of issues and maintain high building standards.
> Oversee maintenance and repairs by coordinating contractors and service teams to deliver quality work on time and within budget.
> Manage financial health by preparing annual budgets, monitoring expenses, and supporting boards with strategic financial planning.
> Guide boards on compliance, governance, and long-term planning, offering professional recommendations when needed.
> Negotiate and manage vendor contracts to ensure services are cost-effective and meet expectations.
> Plan and coordinate board meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up on action items.
> Enforce bylaws and policies while maintaining accurate, organized corporate records.
> Respond to emergencies such as fire, flood, or security incidents, and coordinate with emergency services when required.
> Support reserve fund management and long-term capital planning in collaboration with engineers and industry professionals.
> Maintain appropriate insurance coverage for the corporation and manage claims when they arise.
> Implement safety, preventative maintenance, and sustainability initiatives to keep communities efficient and well-managed.
> Lead special projects  such as renovations, system upgrades, or major repairs  from planning through completion.
