About the Role
You'll manage calendars for multiple leaders, coordinate meetings and events, plan travel, and provide HR and administrative support. You'll also prepare agendas and minutes, maintain filing systems, and help organize staff workshops and team activities. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills, with the ability to anticipate needs and streamline processes.
Qualifications
2-4 years of administrative or coordination experience
Post-secondary education (related diploma or degree an asset)
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Experience managing multiple calendars and priorities
Ability to work independently, handle confidential information, and adapt to change
Experience in health care, non-profit, or professional office settings is an asset. Candidates will be asked to complete a skills assessment during the selection process.
