Reporting to the President and working as a member of the senior leadership team, the Employment Relations Manager provides internal human resources and employee relations leadership for SEIUWests staff group of approximately 50 employees. The role focuses on HR policies and processes, staff recruitment and onboarding, internal employee relations and investigations, disability and attendance management, and ensuring that staff employment practices are consistent with Saskatchewan legislation, the staff collective agreement, and SEIUWests values in a unionized workplace.
