Description

Allied Printers is a locally owned that specialize in traditional and corporate print such as business cards, postcards, brochures and much more. We also specialize in promotional products such as drinkware, pens, and apparel. We also have a flatbed printer and focus on vinyl decals, banners, signage and BOPP labels.
Allied is looking for a sales representative to broaden our client list and attract new customers to our one stop shop!
Responsibilities:
Generate new business opportunities by prospecting and identifying potential clients for print and promotional items.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Collaborate with clients to understand their unique requirements and develop customized proposals and quotes.
Work closely with clients to understand project requirements, timelines, and budget constraints.
Conduct regular follow-ups to assess customer satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
Respond promptly to client inquiries, providing accurate information and resolving any issues or concerns.
Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives, consistently maximizing revenue and profitability.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions to identify new opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with the production and design teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery of orders.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales.
Requirements:
Previous experience and strong knowledge in sales, preferably in the print and promotions industry.
Ability to multi-task and always maintain a consistent level of professionalism to all clients
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
