Description

The Manager of Housing Services is a key leader partnering with other system leaders to achieve JRI and provincial housing goals. The role reports to the Vice-President, Corporate Services and Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and is accountable for the housing services  Eamer Court, Cosmopolitan Court, Mount Royal Court, Jubilee Terrace (concept) and Jubilee Place (Avenue R). Eamer Court is 103 units; Cosmopolitan Court is 95 units; Mount Royal Court is 46 units; Jubilee Terrace is 36 units and Jubilee Place is 16 units. This position manages and supervises staff and tenant relations with an optimal quality of life and in a safe, home environment. This includes responsibility for the overall operations of services and ensuring 24-hour support is available in conjunction with the Leadership Team.
