Join our amazing team and community as the Internal Service Advisor, Dispatcher and counter assistant for Village Auto Sales Service Shop.
We are hiring for a permanent full-time Service Advisor/Dispatcher who is the primary touchpoint and liaison between our customers, sales department and service technicians.

What you will do:
Writing work orders for used car department vehicles
Complete estimates of repair and quoting sales department
Researching and understanding maintenance requirements for approved warranty extensions
Coordinating with technicians to understand and estimate repairs and maintenance
Coordinating with Sales & Finance Managers to sell and complete repairs and maintenance
Ensuring internal vehicle service is completed in time for target delivery dates
Coordinating with support staff to ensure loaner vehicles and demonstrators are maintained and ready to use
Updating shared tracking documents based on the status of the vehicles        
Answering and scheduling customer appointments
Advise customers about necessary or suggested services and costs
Cashing out customers whom are picking up their vehicles
Follow the status of the customer's vehicle from service bay entry through completion of work.
What you will bring:
Experience as a Service Advisor in Automotive preferred
Knowledge of PBS or similar systems is and asset
Service writing experience
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Your love for providing exceptional customer service
Enjoys a fast-paced environment, is hard working and brings a positive friendly attitude
Must have a valid Class 5 Saskatchewan Drivers License upon employment
