Key Responsibilities Include

Yard & Facility Maintenance
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe farmyard, shop, and storage areas.
Perform mowing, snow removal, weed control, and general groundskeeping.
Assist with building upkeep, minor repairs, and shop organization.

Equipment Support
Fuel, wash, and prepare equipment for daily use.
Assist operators with hooking/unhooking implements, moving machinery, and basic maintenance.
Perform routine checks (fluids, tires, grease points) and report issues promptly.

Field & Crop Support
Help with rock picking, fencing, bin cleaning, and field prep.
Support seeding, spraying, and harvest crews as needed.
Assist with grain handling, augers, conveyors, and bin transfers.

General Duties
Keep work areas clean and safe.
Follow all farm safety procedures and use PPE as required.
Support any additional tasks needed to maintain smooth farm operations.
