About the Practice

We are a patient-focused dental practice committed to providing high-quality, compassionate care in a welcoming environment. We are currently seeking a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our growing team and support our dentists in delivering excellent clinical and patient care.

Key Responsibilities

Chair side assisting during dental procedures (general, restorative, surgical, and preventive)

Preparing treatment rooms and ensuring proper sterilization and infection control protocols

Taking and processing dental radiographs (in accordance with Saskatchewan regulations)

Assisting with impressions, polishing, fluoride treatments, and patient education

Maintaining accurate patient records and charting

Managing instruments, materials, and inventory

Ensuring patient comfort before, during, and after procedures

Collaborating effectively with dentists, hygienist, and administrative staff.

Qualifications & Requirements

Graduation from an SDA-recognized Dental Assisting program

Registration in good standing with the Saskatchewan Dental Assistants Association (SDAA)

Current CPR and First Aid certification

Strong knowledge of infection prevention and control standards

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment

Experience with dental software is an asset (specify if applicable)
