If you are a highly motivated individual seeking experience in the banking or financial industry, then join our team as a Member Service Rep (MSR) over the summer term from May through August 2026!

As an MSR, you will be an integral part of the Frontline and to the success of the WCU. Under the supervision of the MSR Supervisor, the MSR will process routine teller/cash transactions, respond to general inquiries and concerns, and recommend the appropriate financial products to assist members. You will deliver exceptional member service and provide solutions to meet our members financial goals and needs.

Your SPARK (Qualifications):
Currently enrolled in a post-secondary institution, with preference given to individuals in Business or Commerce programs.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Previous work experience in a customer service role will be considered an asset.
Excellent interpersonal skills coupled with a high level of oral and written communication skills.
Experience with or comfortable handling cash.
Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities.
Ability to build and sustain effective working relationships with staff, members, and community.
