We are seeking a highly motivated individual with strong technical skills to join our team as a Retail Support Rep over the summer term from May through August 2026!

As a member of the retail support team, you will be working behind the scenes to ensure WCU operates smoothly. You will be responsible for document imaging, office filing, mail functions, and other tasks required to support the department. You must be willing to accept new challenges and learning opportunities.

Your SPARK (Qualifications):
Currently enrolled in a post-secondary institution, with preference given to individuals in Business or Commerce programs.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Familiarity with office machines including mail and scanning equipment is an asset.
Strong commitment to provide high quality member sales and service.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively to accomplish common goals within a team environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills coupled with a high level of oral and written communication skills.
Ability to build and sustain effective working relationships with staff, members, and community.
Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities.
