Job Description
Will provide inspirational leadership to all aspects of the College operation, including academic and extracurricular programming, finance and business operations, enrolment management, facility development and management and a major emphasis on advancement (communications, alumni relations, and fundraising).
Possess and demonstrate a depth of knowledge of education, coupled with clear enthusiasm for working with a 9th 12th grade community to include students, parents, faculty, and staff.
Support and serve as a valued thought partner with the Board of Regents in their financial, strategic, and generative leadership responsibilities.
Develop and cultivate strong relationships both within the College community and beyond in service to successfully achieving the mission and vision.
Will bring direct experience with legacy or endowment fund development in excess of $75 million.
