The Position:

In support of the Vision, Mission and Values of LutherCare Communities, we are seeking a Disability Support Worker to join our Group Home team. Applicants will be responsible for the personal care and safety of clients and for the implementation of individual lifestyle plans.

Duties and Responsibilities of Disability Support Worker include three main areas:

Resident Care  Includes assistance of personal hygiene (bathing, toileting, dressing, eating etc.)
Resident Programming  Includes the facilitation of resident daily living activities and participation in the community.
Home Maintenance  Includes housekeeping, laundry and the preparation of meals and snacks
