Salary: $42,806 to $55,648 per annum
As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the Employee Benefits team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and contributing to the delivery of exceptional service to our plan members. Key Responsibilities include:
- Processing incoming and outgoing daily mail

- Preparing and sending written correspondence to plan members and stakeholders

- Maintaining accurate and organized disability and benefit files

- Providing backup reception coverage for the organization

- Performing general administrative tasks to support the Employee Benefits team

This could be the job for you if you have proven experience in an administrative or office support role, strong organizational and time management skills, and are able to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
