The Bujea Family Foundation Inc. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Care Home Manager for the newly established Archangels Care Home, a 10-resident personal care home that will provide levels 1-3 care.
The successful candidate will play a leading role in bringing the Home through the Saskatchewan Ministry of Health initial licensing process, establishing compliant operational systems, hiring and supervising staff, and ensuring the ongoing delivery of safe, appropriate, and resident-centered care in a home-like environment.
This role is ideal for a compassionate and organized professional who thrives in a hands-on leadership role, values close relationships with residents and families, and is committed to maintaining a warm, safe, and home-like environment.

Successful Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Check
Ability to meet manager/operator suitability requirements
First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
Legal entitlement to work in Canada in the vulnerable sector
Post-secondary education in Nursing, Social Work, Health Administration, or a related field
Demonstrated leadership or management experience in a personal care home, long-term care, assisted living, or similar regulated environment
Knowledge of or ability to quickly acquire knowledge of Saskatchewan personal care home legislation and licensing requirements
Strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills
Ability to work flexible hours as required
Preferred
Nursing background (LPN or RN preferred)
Experience leading or supporting facility licensing, accreditation, or regulatory inspections
