The Senior Kids First Home Visitor supports the delivery of the Kids First Program by assisting the Team Lead in maintaining quality service delivery, accurate reporting and consistent data management. This position also carries a small caseload of families, providing in-home support for parents with children prenatal to age three through a strength-based, family-centered, and culturally safe approach. The SR Home Visitor models professionalism promotes best practices in family engagement and provides peer guidance to Home Visitors under the direction of the Team Lead.

Competence in data management systems (preferably KIMS) and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to balance caseload, documentation, and reporting deadlines.

Demonstrated reliability, accountability, and initiative when working both independently and as part of a team.
Commitment to continuous learning, reflective practice, and paValid Class 5 Drivers License, reliable insured vehicle, and clean SGI Drivers Abstract.
