Description

DryAir Manufacturing, a world leader in portable hydronic climate control systems, is seeking fulltime Shipping & Receiving Assistants to join our team. This position plays a key role in supporting our shipping, receiving, inventory, and production operations. We are looking for reliable individuals with strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to safety.


Key Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming materials and verify shipments against packing slips and purchase orders
- Inspect goods for damage or discrepancies and report issues as required
- Prepare, package, label, and stage outgoing shipments
- Load and unload materials using forklifts or other materialhandling equipment (as certified)
- Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records
- Assist with inventory organization, stocking, and cycle counts
- Coordinate with production, purchasing, and logistics teams to support material flow
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shipping/receiving area
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards, including WHMIS
- Support other warehouse or production duties as needed


Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word & Excel)
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, punctual, and safetyconscious
- Strong organizational and timemanagement abilities
- Forklift experience is preferred; willingness to learn is acceptable
- Knowledge of loading/unloading trucks is an asset
- Strong reading and writing skills
